🚚 1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand globally soon.
🕒 2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking link.

💸 4. Shipping Charges
FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
A flat fee of ₹75 applies to orders below ₹999
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select locations with an additional fee of ₹50
📲 5. Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking ID shared via email/SMS after dispatch.

⚠️ 6. Delays & Exceptions
We aim to meet all delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to:
Natural disasters or weather conditions
Political disturbances or local restrictions
Unavailability of products or courier coverage in your area
In such cases, we will keep you informed proactively.
📬 7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
To avoid returns, please ensure your address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
🛑 8. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect the package upon delivery.
📸 If the product is damaged or items are missing:
Take clear photos of the outer packaging and item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll quickly review and resolve your issue.
